HALL STRENGTH ONLINE COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing Hall Strength Online Coaching, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all clients unless otherwise stated in writing. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and a high-quality coaching experience.

1. Subscription & Minimum Commitment

  • Hall Strength Online Coaching operates as a monthly subscription.

  • All new clients agree to a minimum 2-month commitment.

  • Payments are charged automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 2.

2. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must:

  1. Provide written notice (email or message),

  2. At least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date.

If notice is given within fewer than 7 days, the next month will still be charged, and your coaching access will continue until that period ends.

No refunds are provided for late cancellations.

3. Refunds, Pausing & Non-Attendance

  • Hall Strength does not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Inactivity or failure to engage with the program

    • Missed check-ins

    • Not utilising coaching access

  • Subscriptions cannot be paused, except in exceptional medical circumstances agreed upon in writing.

  • Your payment secures your coaching access for the month, regardless of usage.

4. Coaching Inclusions

Your monthly subscription includes:

  • Structured Hall Strength training programs

  • Technique reviews

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Nutrition guidance (non-clinical)

  • Messaging support during business hours

  • Access to private coaching channels (Slack/app)

Where appropriate, alternative exercises or adaptations may be provided for clients who:

  • Cannot perform a movement due to skill level

  • Require a regression or progression

  • Need a workaround for injury or physical limitation

Clients are responsible for informing the coach of any limitations so that suitable alternatives can be offered.

Hall Strength may adjust delivery methods, platforms, or coaching systems at any time to improve the service.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your health, history, lifestyle, and injuries

  • Communicate limitations or changes that may affect your training

  • Engage with the program, check-ins, and feedback

  • Follow coaching instructions safely

  • Use the training app/platform correctly

Failure to engage does not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellation outside the standard policy.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

Hall Strength Online Coaching provides general exercise, training, and performance guidance. It does not replace medical, physiotherapy, or allied health advice.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • All exercise carries risk

  • You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity

  • You have obtained medical clearance where needed

  • Hall Strength is not liable for injury, illness, or adverse outcomes caused by training, misuse of programming, or undisclosed conditions

You train at your own discretion and risk.

7. Payment Failures

If a payment fails:

  • The system will automatically retry

  • Coaching access may be paused until payment succeeds

  • Ongoing failed payments may result in removal from the program

8. Communication & Support

Coaching communication occurs through:

  • Slack/private channels

  • The coaching app/platform

  • Email (for onboarding and admin)

General response time is within 24 hours on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

9. Changes to Terms

Hall Strength may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of the coaching service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Summary

  • It’s a 2-month minimum subscription

  • To cancel, give 7 days’ notice before your next payment

  • No refunds for late cancellations or non-usage

  • Programs include training, check-ins, technique review, nutrition guidance, and support

  • Exercise alternatives provided when needed

  • You must communicate injuries and limitations

  • You train at your own risk

  • Coaching continues month-to-month until you cancel properly
