Why This
Coach

James Hall is a former professional rugby player who retired at 30 following a serious knee injury. He turned to ergs during recovery - low impact, no squatting required. What followed was a two-year block of focused training that ended in multiple world records.

He is the first person in history to break 6 minutes for 2000m on the SkiErg. He holds three Concept2 world records. He coaches athletes at every level - from first Hyrox to sub-elite competitors - and has spent thousands of hours understanding exactly what separates efficient athletes from fatigued ones on the machine.
